These are the terms for using TunedWaves. They are short because the product is simple.
Who can use it
TunedWaves is for people 13 and over. If you are under 13 we cannot set you up — and we delete everything from a sign-up that tells us that.
Your music stays yours
TunedWaves chooses music; it does not play it from our servers. Playback happens through your own Apple Music subscription, YouTube, or short clips — on your phone, under those services’ own terms. If your Apple Music or YouTube access changes, what TunedWaves can play for you changes with it.
The app is free
TunedWaves does not charge you to listen, and there are no adverts in the app.
Your name in the app
The name you go by is the one thing you can type. Pick one that is not hurtful, is not pretending to be someone else, and does not share personal details. If a name crosses those lines we will ask you to change it — nothing else about your account is touched.
Leaving
You can delete your account whenever you like. It happens straight away and cannot be undone.
